We're almost half way into September but that doesn't mean its too late to raise awareness about pain, pain management and effectively deal with any pains you may be experiencing. Everyone has experienced some type of pain, whether its a headache, back pain or sore muscles, we've all been there. And the first thing we do is reach for those painkillers. BUT this month let's challenge ourselves to leave the pills behind and pursue a more natural pain management technique.
