Heart-Healthy Fall Themed diet


We may be celebrating the start of the Fall Season and National Cooking Day with everything pumpkin-spiced but that doesn't mean we can't create delicious heart-healthy recipes! The key to changing your diet into one that supports and helps maintain a healthy heart is by making small, but effective changes to the type of foods you incorporate into your diet. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

2 tbsp canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup milk of choice

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

3-4 tbsp strong coffee

sugar or stevia to taste


Instructions:
